GWO Certified Training Provider
At SP-Wind, we deliver over 40 GWO-certified modules across a broad spectrum of safety andtechnical training. Our offerings span Basic Safety Training (BST), Basic Technical Training (BTT), Advanced Rescue, Enhanced First Aid, Crane and Hoist, Slinger Signaller, Control of Hazardous Energies,and more — all aligned with GWO's global standards.

QCTO ACCREDITATION
SP-Wind is a proud QCTO-accredited Skills Development Provider, authorised to deliver occupational qualifications aligned with South Africa’s National Qualifications Framework (NQF). Our QCTO programmes are designed to meet the evolving needs of the renewable energy industry, ensuring learners gain both theoretical knowledge and practical competence.
Through our accreditation, we offer structured pathways that lead to nationally recognized qualifications, enabling learners to:

SAIOSH ACCREDITATION
At SP-Wind, our training isCPD-accredited through Saiosh, ensuring nationally recognised standards for professional development in occupational health and safety. Participants earn CPD points through key programmes such as BST, BTT, Slinger Signaller, Crane and Hoist, and Service Lift User, supporting continuous learning, competence, and career advancement.
Training is verified under the Saiosh CPD framework, with recognised CPD point allocations such as:
BST and BTT: 5 CPD points per course
Slinger Signaller (SLS) and Crane & Hoist Basic User (CHBU): 2 CPD points per course
Service Lift User (SLU): 1 CPD point
Verification remains valid under Saiosh’s approved professional development policy (valid through 01 March 2025), ensuring that learners receive officially recognised CPD credits.
