The ideal candidate will take ownership of platform workflows, help automate internal processes, support user adoption, and ensure that digital tools are being used efficiently across all departments.

GWO Assistant Instructor

Are you passionate about renewable energy and eager to teach others? Join SP-Wind as an Assistant Instructor, where you’ll support our expert trainers while building the skills and experience to become a fully certified instructor.
This position is part of our instructor development pathway and offers hands-on exposure to GWO standards, training delivery, equipment preparation, and safety compliance within a dynamic learning environment.
Key Contributions:
- Assist lead instructors with training delivery for GWO and technical modules
- Help prepare the venue, equipment, and materials before each training session
- Support instructors during practical exercises and simulations
- Monitor safety and provide guidance to trainees during training activities
- Assist with attendance, documentation, and post-session feedback
- Participate in daily inspections of training gear and resources
- Contribute to training material updates and quality assurance tasks
- Engage in ongoing professional development and in-house coaching
Wind Turbine Installation Supervisor
The Wind Turbine Installation Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing on-site activities during wind turbine installation projects. This includes leading subcontractor teams, enforcing safety and quality standards, managing resources and equipment, and ensuring all installation work is completed in compliance with manufacturer specifications, local regulations, and SP-Wind internal protocols. The supervisor acts as the primary point of coordination on-site, ensuring project milestones are met safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
